Hoa Phat Group is one of the leading private groups in Vietnam for
industrial production. Starting with a construction machine trading
company in August 1992, Hoa Phat has gradually extended its
business to trading and manufacturing of Furniture (1995), Steel
Pipe(1996), Steel (2000), Refrigeration (2001) and Real Estate
(2001). In 2007, such businesses were restructured into a Group, in
which Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company is the parent company and
each of the subsidiaries is in charge of one or several relevant
businesses. On 15th November 2007, Hoa Phat was officially listed
on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange with the stock ticker HPG.

After the restructure, Hoa Phat has boosted in growth. The most
prominent progress was the installation of Hoa Phat steel
